Each patty contains one ounce of fresh maitake, naturally rich in protein, beta-glucans, and antioxidants to support gut health, immunity, and steady energy.

Water, Maitake Mushroom, Pea Protein, Rice Bran Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Gellan Gum, Citrus Fiber, Natural Flavor, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper

Directions

Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 14 days of thawing or refer to ‘best by’ date sticker. Do not refreeze. Cook to an internal temperature of 165˚F. Can be microwaved, grilled, or heated on non-stick pan at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
