They come in three variants: Full Flavor, 2000 mg Lion’s Mane, and Low Fat, all while keeping things sustainable.

What it is: Mostly Maitake mushroom + pea protein patty (13–14 g protein). A healthy, premium patty or add-on to make any meal more diverse, tasty, and GLP-1-diet friendly. Think: “throw it on a salad,

With a PhD in Food and Bioprocessing and over 25 years of experience in the food and pharma industry, Dr Shekhar Patel spent his career in large corporations, bridging the gap between innovative ideas and real-world impact.
